Soluna Encinitas is a 3,100 sq ft pool house and private casita sitting in one of Southern California's most desirable beach communities. Designed for groups who want space, privacy, and the feeling of having the whole place to themselves.

The main house spans two floors with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and bi-folding doors that open the living room directly to the pool patio. A separate two-bedroom casita sits on the same property for guests who want their own entrance and kitchen.

The layout

The main pool house and the casita share the same lot — connected by the outdoor patio, pool, and jacuzzi. Groups can move freely between both spaces or use the casita as a fully private retreat within the property.

House Rules

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM. Primary guest must be 30 years or older.

Quiet Hours

Per City of Encinitas Good Neighbor Policy — quiet hours strictly enforced 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise.

Pool Heating

$75/day to heat the pool ($300 minimum). Request at least 48 hours before arrival. Jacuzzi heating is included.

No Pets

No pets allowed. Service animals are accommodated. Undisclosed pets will result in a $499 charge.

No Air Conditioning

The home does not have central AC. Box fans are provided. A portable AC unit can be rented locally for $399.

Max Guests

Maximum 14 guests at any time. Please review all house rules prior to booking — compliance is required.
