The nightly rate includes the main pool house, the casita, all amenities, WiFi, linens, beach towels, and access to the pool and jacuzzi. Pool heating is not included — it's available for an additional $75/day ($300 minimum, 48-hour advance notice required).

Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule — reach out in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Check-in is self-guided via a smart lock — you'll receive your access code before arrival. The property manager is available by phone or message if you have any questions upon arrival or during your stay.

Yes — the primary guest must be 30 years or older. This is a strict requirement. Bookings made by guests under 30 will be cancelled.

Soluna Encinitas sleeps up to 14 guests across the main house and casita. The main house has 5 bedrooms and a sofa bed; the casita has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. All 14 guests have full access to the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor spaces.

The home does not have central air conditioning. Box fans are provided throughout. Encinitas benefits from consistent ocean breezes which keep temperatures comfortable most of the year. If needed, a portable AC unit can be rented locally for approximately $399.

Yes — 6 parking spots are available on the property at no extra charge. Once you're parked, the beach, downtown, and most local spots are easily walkable or a short ride away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, gas range, oven, and dishwasher. Essentials like dish soap and a starter supply of coffee are provided. Groceries are not stocked — the nearest Sprouts and Vons are both a short drive away.

Yes — pool heating is available for $75 per day with a $300 minimum. Request it at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready when you check in. The jacuzzi is always heated at no extra charge.

Per the City of Encinitas Good Neighbor Policy, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This applies to all outdoor areas including the pool, patio, and yard. No loud music or gatherings outside after 10 PM.

Yes — the firepit is available for your use. Please follow fire safety guidelines and never leave it unattended. Quiet hours still apply to outdoor areas after 10 PM.

The casita is included with every booking — it's part of the same property and not rented separately. You have access to both the main house and the casita for the full duration of your stay.

Yes — the casita is fully self-contained with its own private entrance, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It has 2 queen bedrooms and a sofa bed. It shares the pool and patio with the main house but otherwise functions independently.

Grandview Beach is a 10-minute walk from the property. It's a reef break with consistent surf and staircase access from the bluff. Moonlight Beach, Encinitas' main family beach, is about a 5-minute drive.

San Diego Airport (SAN) is approximately 35 minutes south. Downtown San Diego is about 40 minutes. Los Angeles is roughly 1.5 hours north depending on traffic.

Grandview Beach is a 10-minute walk. Downtown Encinitas with its restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques is a 5-minute drive. The Sunday Farmers Market on Coast Highway is one of the best in North County San Diego.

No pets are allowed. Service animals are accommodated with advance notice. Undisclosed pets will result in a $499 charge.

The property is intended for residential use by registered guests only. Parties, events, and gatherings with non-registered guests are not permitted. Maximum occupancy of 14 guests must be respected at all times.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping.

Yes — Soluna is well suited for families. A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available on request. The Master Suite includes an attached kids room with a trundle bed. Please note the pool is not fenced — children must be supervised at all times near the water.
